EMMITSBURG, MD – The Rider University women's swimming and diving team was topped in a MAAC meet Monday, falling 189-104, at Mount St. Mary's. The Broncs fall to 2-4 on the season, while the Mountaineers improve to 3-1.
The Bronc women won two events in the meet.
The Broncs swept both diving events.
Maiti O'Connor (South Plainfield, NJ/The Wardlaw-Hartridge School), Adrianna Raymond (Southington, CT/St. Paul Catholic), and
Karyn Creelman (Mohnton, PA/Governor Mifflin) scored 217.73, 196.65, and 190.58 to take the 1-meter.
On the 3-meter, Creelman scored 228.30, O'Connor scored 224.10, and Raymond totaled 188.40 for the sweep.

Casey McLaughlin (Ramsey, NJ/Ramsey) was second in the 800-free and 400-free.

Lea Opdyke (Ocala, FL/West Port) was third in the 200-free.

Casey Morgan (Sewell, NJ/Washington Twp.) finished second in the 100-back, 50-free, and 200-back.

Allison Stewart (Newtown Square, PA/Lower Merion) swam third in the 100-breast.

Hannah Yemec (Bluffton, SC/May River) was second in the 100-free and 100-fly, and also took third in the 200-fly.
