QUOTES AND NOTES
"Teagan was outstanding today. She ran a perfect race today and showed that she is a competitive national-level runner. She smashed her own Rider record in a convincing fashion. She has worked really hard to get herself ready for these moments. This will give her a lot of confidence moving forward."Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer

"Hailey was incredible today. She had three top-ten performances this weekend with the relay yesterday and the 400 and the 200 today. She is running with such confidence and belief in herself and it shows in her performance. I love her aggressiveness on the track. It is making such a big difference in her results."Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer

"Lydia had another great race today. She is on a big-time roll. She ran a great 800 leg last night and followed that up today with another big-time effort. She is such a great competitor and she shows up every time when it is required."- Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer

"We had some solid efforts today (at Penn State)  but we were missing that big breakthrough performance. Savanna continued to have another great day in the high jump. She has been so consistent with another clearance at her PR height. We will need to learn and grow from this opportunity to compete in such a high level environment. " Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer

"We had a decent showing at Bucknell today. Raisa was outstanding in the long jump getting the win and the ECAC qualifying mark as well. She has really emerged over the last few weeks and today was the culmination of that growth. I am really excited for her. "Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer
