STATEN ISLAND, NY- The Rider University Women's Track and Field team was back in action as they traveled up to Staten Island for the Villanova Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Facility Saturday.
Mariah Stephens was able to have another impressive showing in the 60H with a pair of ECAC/IC4A qualifying marks of 8.78 in the trials and 8.77 in the finals in Staten Island.
The Broncs' lone first-place finish came from sophomore
Savanna Marcantonio in the high jump where she would clear 1.65m en route to a first-place finish at the Villanova Invitational.
The Broncs would also get a strong showing in the field as
Natya Glasco would qualify for ECAC/IC4A's with a third-place finish and a mark of 17.10m.
