BLOOMSBURG, PA- The Rider University wrestling team was able to bounce back after back-to-back losses as they dominated Bloomsburg, 31-6, Friday night to improve to 3-2 and 2-0 in the MAC. Rider would take eight of the 10 bouts on the evening and pick up five bonus-point victories.
Quinn Kinner would get his fourth bonus-point victory of the year and his second major decision by taking down Cade Balestrini of Bloomsburg 13-2. Following Kinner's major the Broncs would win the next two bouts with bonus points as
Colton Washleski got his first pin of the season in a dominating effort over John Reho and
Hunter Mays got back on track with a 13-4 major decision victory over Trenton Harder.
Ethan Laird and
David Szuba would put the exclamation mark on the night by both getting bonus point wins. Laird got his second tech fall of the season and in MAC duals with an 18-5 rout of Tanner Culver.
