- Rider is 6-5-0 all-time against NJIT. However, the Highlanders have won the last three, including a 5-0 win in the last meeting in the 2019 season. Â
- NJIT is currently 2-4. After being shut out in their first four against St. John's, Monmouth, Seton Hall and Pitt, the Highlanders responded with a 1-0 win over Wagner and a 6-0 win over Saint Peter's.
- Bailey Chant has scored a team-best two goals so far this season, while Aleesha Deshmukh, Tara Walenczyk, Taylor Pape, Christine Conaghy, and Briana Ramirez have each contributed one goal as well.
- Chant and Siani Magruder have both distributed two assists, while Caroline Caputo has added one assist.
- Molly Saylor has seen every minute of action in the net for the Highlanders and posted a 2.00 goals-against average and .714 saves percentage so far in the 2021.

Ellie Sciancalepore (Randolph, NJ/Randolph) has started 3-of-4 games in net so far in 2021 for the Broncs, posting a 2.17 goals-against average and a .750 saves percentage. Included in her stat line was a career-high 11 saves in the Sept. 4 tie at Temple.
