Makenzie Rodrigues and
Niamh Cashin were named to the Preseason All-MAAC Team. Rodrigues is the reigning MAAC Co-Offensive Player of the Year, while Cashin was a 2019 All-MAAC First Team selection.
- Rodrigues led the MAAC with six goals and 14 points despite playing in just six games last season.
- The Broncs return starting goalkeeper
Ellie Sciancalepore, who posted a 1.18 goals-against average and a .821 saves percentage as a true freshman. She made at least five saves in each of her first seven collegiate games.

Drayson Hounsome returns for his 14
th season, having compiled 102 wins in his time at the helm. He earned his 100
th win at Rider on April 3 against Manhattan.
- Rider is 7-4-0 all-time against Wagner, including wins in seven of the last eight meetings. Most recently, the Broncs defeated the Seahawks in double overtime in 2019, a year after taking an overtime win on Staten Island in 2018. Prior to a Wagner win in 2017, the Broncs won five-straight games. Wagner won the first three meetings in 1997, 1998 and 1999. Â Â
- Wagner posted an 0-6-1 record last Spring. The Seahawks were outscored, 11-0, with seven of the goals against being scored in two losses. Four more losses were 1-0 setbacks in addition to a scoreless draw against St. Francis Brooklyn, the Broncs' next opponent on Wednesday, Aug. 25. Â
- Rider returns eight starters from last year's team, including five players who scored at least one goal in last season's eight games.
- The Broncs scored in each of their eight games last year, including four games with multiple goals.
