LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Graduate student
Ronetta Hunter (Burlington, NJ/Burlington Township) won the shot put to lead the Rider University women's outdoor track & field team in its season-opening meet, the Penn Challenge, Saturday at Franklin Field. Hunter won the event at 13.33 meters.
The Broncs also had a pair of second-place finishes.
Joyce Omozee finished second in the discus (37.36m), just ahead of teammate
Angelina Tapia (33.89m) in third.
Grace Ramsey was second in the javelin (41.84m), with teammate
Christina Veach taking fourth (36.40m).
