NOTES & QUOTES
"We played well through the sixth inning today then we just made a few mistakes defensively and they took advantage. Their pitcher, Randall, was as good as we've seen this year. Their staff, as a whole, was very good all weekend. Overall I'm very satisfied with our competitiveness and our attitude. We have a chance to be good, but we've got to work in all phases of the game."

- Freshman
Kyle Smith worked two innings of scoreless relief out of the bullpen. He scattered just two hits and faced one batter over the minimum.
