LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ - Rider University Softball Head Coach Davon Ortega has announced her team's schedule for the 2020 season. In addition to the grueling MAAC slate, the Broncs will play in early-season tournaments at Tennessee State (Feb. 21-23), Kennesaw State, Georgia State and Georgia Tech (Feb. 28-Mar. 1), George Washington (Mar. 6-8) and UMBC and Towson (Mar. 20-22).

"This season's schedule positions us well to be extremely competitive in every single game," said Ortega. "The challenge of facing many new opponents during the preseason is exciting and is going to be great preparation for success in conference play."

The Broncs return a pair of players who've earned All-MAAC honors in Second Team selections Kelsey Marigliano (2019) and Elyse Cuttic (2018). All told, the Broncs return seven starters from the line-up and all four pitchers who took the circle last season.
