LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – The Rider University women's swimming and diving team defeated visiting Marist, 157.5-142.5, on Saturday afternoon at the newly renovated Coppola Pool.

The Broncs (1-2) picked up their first dual-meet win of the season thanks to winning 10 events, including both relays.

Sophomores
Kylie McMahon (Annapolis, MD/St. Mary's) and
Kayla May (Columbia, MD/Oakland Mills) each won three individual events for Rider in the victory over the Red Foxes.

McMahon came in first-place in the 200 IM (2:11.11), the 100 fly (57.24) and the 200 fly (2:08.38). May won the 200 free with a time of 1:56.10. She also was the top-finisher in the 100 back (59.20) and the 200 back (2:07.36).

Olivia Iswalt (Reading, PA/Berks Catholic) was the other Bronc swimmer to win. Iswalt came in first-place in both the 50 free (24.36) and the 100 free (54.07).

NOTES
- In the diving events,
Meg Tomayko finished second in both the 1M and 3M. She posted a score of 240.82 in the 1M and 225.83 in the 3M.
- Freshman
Maddie McSorley finished second in both the 100 fly (58.34) and the 200 fly (2:10.33).

Brianna Hatzold finished second in the 100 free with a time of 55.73.

Jessica Homitz was second in the 50 free thanks to touching at 25.17.

Maeve Lersch was second in the 100 back with a time of 59.96.

Olivia Iswalt won with a time of 1:47.81.
- The Bronc 400 free relay quartet of
Maeve Lersch,
Maddie McSorley,
Brianna Hatzold and
Olivia Iswalt won with a time of 3:38.41.
