SOUTH ORANGE, NJ ā The Rider University women's swimming and diving team opened the 2019-20 season with a 178-109 dual-meet loss to host Seton Hall on Saturday afternoon at Arthur E. Imperatore Natatorium.

Sophomore
Kayla May (Columbia, MD/Oakland Hills) won the 100 back with a time of 58.24 and she also finished second in the 200 back with a mark of 2:06.88.

Sophomore
Kylie McMahon (Annapolis, MD/St.Mary's) won the 200 IM at 2:12.17 and she also added a second-place finish in the 200 fly with a time of 2:09.70.

In the diving events,
Meg Tomayko (Murfreesboro, TN/Siegel) won the 1M with a total score of 195.97, while
Meagan Fornero (Conroe,TX/Legacy Prepatory Christian Academy) finished second at 185.84. In the 3M, Tomayko landed in second-place with an aggregate score of 237.38.Ā
