What You Need To Know
- Rider has won three of its last four games against Garden State opponents, splitting with Monmouth last Saturday and sweeping Fairleigh Dickinson on Wednesday.
- The Stags were 14-20 (4-4 MAAC) prior to their Friday afternoon doubleheader at Monmouth. In league play, the Stags have swept Niagara, split with Canisius and Marist and been swept by Siena.
- Two freshmen are in the top three in batting average for Fairfield, with Amanda Ulzheimer (.419) leading the team and Lacey Olaff (.328) in third. Senior Tori Reed (.348) is second with a team-leading four home runs and 22 RBI's.
- Through five games in MAAC play, no team in the league was unbeaten nor winless.

Amanda Crimarco (Levittown, NY/Kellenberg) led the Broncs, going 4-for-7 with a home run, a double, two runs scored and three RBI's in a doubleheader sweep of Fairleigh Dickinson.

Elyse Cuttic (Easton, PA/Bethlehem Catholic) made her first-career complete game a shutout against FDU, allowing seven hits and one walk over seven shutout innings. She struck out three.

Monica Clark (Bryn Mawr, PA/Archbishop Carroll) had a breakout performance against Monmouth, going 5-for-6 with a double, two runs scored and an RBI.
- Freshmen have started the majority of games in the circle for Rider, with
Emily Oltman (Collegeville, PA/Perkiomen Valley) racking up a team-high 12 starts in 20 appearances, while
Elyse Cuttic (Easton, PA/Bethlehem Catholic) is second in both categories with nine starts and 15 appearances.

Delany DeMello (Roseville, CA/Roseville) has posted a team-best 3.98 ERA, while Oltman has the team lead in strikeouts with 32.
- Crimarco took the team lead in extra-base hits with a double and a home run against FDU to bring her season total to six. Clark and
Ellie Oruska (Chadds Ford, PA/Garnet Valley) are close behind with five extra-base hits each. Crimarco, Oruska and Clark have each hit a team-best two home runs.

Toni Nino (Adelanto, CA/Silverado) leads the Broncs with six stolen bases on six attempts. As a team, the Broncs were successful on their first 14 stolen-base attempts of the year and still have not been caught stealing by a catcher. The lone caught stealing came when a Broncs' baserunner tried to swipe second base before the pitcher stepped on the rubber.
