Rider 7^th at SHU-RU Classic

HILLSBOROUGH--The Broncs shot a 331 to place seventh of 12 teams at the Seton Hall-Rutgers Collegiate Golf Classic.

Rider freshman Dan Winokur (Wall/Christian Brothers Academy) shot an 81 on the par 72 Royce Brook Golf Club's West Course to place 16^th among the 60 golfers.

Campbell won the tournament with a 307, followed by Rutgers-315, Temple-319, Seton Hall-322, Towson-323, and Wagner-324. The Broncs placed ahead of Boston College-332, Loyola-340, Villanova-340, Monmouth-341 and Saint Peter's-360.

Freshmen Brad Domenico (Colts Neck/Colts Neck) and Jared Brechman (Bridgewater-Raritan) each shot an 83 to tie for 21^st, while junior Bob Whartenby (Lawrenceville/Lawrence) and sophomore Ryan Reber (Pottstown, PA/St. Pius X) each had an 84 to tie for 32^nd.
