Karoline Sandvig starts her first year as a member of the Broncs coaching staff. A former team captain Sandvig holds the MAAC record in the women's weight throw and she also holds Rider records in the weight throw and hammer throw.
2017-18
- Once named the Rider Female Athlete of the Month.
- Named the MAAC Women’s Field Performer of the Week five times during the year.
- Finished seventh in the hammer throw to earn All-East honors at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
- Won a silver medal with a second-place finish in the hammer throw at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Set a new program record in the hammer throw with a toss of 56.43m to finish third overall at the Georgia Tech Invitational.
- Finished fourth in the weight throw to earn All-East honors at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
- Won gold and set a new MAAC record in the weight throw with a toss 18.34m at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
2016-17
- Registered the sixth-best indoor mark in the weight throw with a toss of 56’4” (17.17m).
- Won the weight throw at three different meets during the indoor season.
- Earned silver and finished second in the weight throw at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- ECAC / IC4A individual qualifier in the weight throw.
- Posted the fourth-best outdoor mark in the hammer throw at 176’5” (53.78m) in Rider history.
- Won the hammer throw at three different meets during the outdoor season.
- Finished fourth in the hammer throw at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Was an ECAC / IC4A outdoor individual qualifier in the hammer throw.
2015-16
- Finished second in the weight throw at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Was an ECAC / IC4A individual qualifier for the weight throw.
- Finished fifth in the hammer throw at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
2014-15
- As a rookie in 2014-15 placed third in the weight throw at the MAAC Indoor Championships (15.85m).
- Placed seventh in the MAAAC Outdoor Championships in 2015 in the hammer (41.70m).
- Threw the javelin 30.96m last spring at TCNJ Lions Invitational.
- Placed 13th in the weight throw (46’3.25”) at the Gothan Cup last winter.
