Rider University Athletics

Kristen Ceppa is in her first season as the head diving coach at Rider University after serving five seasons as a volunteer assistant coach under husband and former Bronc coach Dennis Ceppa who was hired by George Mason University in August, 2010.

Ceppa currently teaches middle school in the South Brunswick School District and is a 2006 graduate of the College of New Jersey.

At TCNJ, Ceppa was an eight-time Division III NCAA All-American diver and an eight-time Metropolitan Conference champion, graduating as the most decorated diver in Lions history and was the TCNJ record holder in every diving event.

Ceppa also dove for Blue Dolphin Diving and served as an assistant coach for BDD from 2000-06.

Ceppa also works as a high diving show performer during the summer.
