Sandvig was dominant for the women’s track & field team in January. She was named the MAAC Women’s Field Performer of the Week three times after winning the weight throw at three different meets for the Broncs. Entering the month of February, she leads the MAAC in the event by 18 inches. Sandvig is the only field performer to earn weekly recognition more than once this season, having earned the honor four times.
