What You Need To Know
- Rider has split its first two games with a win in the season-opener over Hampton before falling at No. 17 Xavier.

Jordan Allen has led the Broncs in scoring in each of the first two games with 21 and 14 against Hampton and Xavier, respectively.
- The Broncs have turned the ball over just 20 times, while dishing out 29 assists.
- Rider and Hartford are meeting for the sixth time and the fifth time in the last six years. The Broncs own a 4-1 lead in the series with wins in each of the last four. The last time the two teams met at Alumni Gym, Rider took a two-point win in double-overtime, Dec. 30, 2015.
- The Hawks are 2-0 with wins over Central Connecticut and Division III Gordon College. John Carroll has paced Hartford at 20.5 ppg. and 8.5 rpg. so far, while Travis Weatherington (12.5 ppg.) and Jason Dunne (12.0 ppg.) have also averaged in double figures.
